Eric P Dollard explains how careful monitoring of Solar energy output, telluric and atmospheric current density and ground vibration levels can give warning hours or even days before a major earthquake. Multiple seismic warning systems of this kind could also triangulate their data to anticipate where the earthquake will occur.
